You have already decided on the meat you want to cook, the next thing that you should do is choose the right seasoning for your pork ribs. Use rubs, dressings, marinates, butters, bastes, and sauces so that you may be able to add a different flavor. Salt and cracked black peppers can get your pork barbeque a different taste.

To cook your pork ribs well, you should be able to build the right fire. Understand the distinctions of direct and indirect grilling and know when to use each of the two. Gas and charcoal grilling are very different.

Perfect the cooking by using the right temperature. You do not want to burn the outside of your pork ribs and find out that the inside is still raw. Follow the basic guidelines of grilling. Usually, the meat will burn if the grill is too hot.
Turn the meat, not stab. Use tongs; they are the most essential tool in grilling. They will allow you to turn meat, not stab it.
Keep the griller clean. It is important that you clean the grill before preheating and after grilling. You do not want burnt food to stick into the grill for the longest time.

Lastly, make sure that you grill safely. Do not light a grill unattended or you may burn the house down. Never grill indoors.
