Great Barbeque Recipes With Homemade Sauces

A great barbeque recipe usually means you’ll need a great barbeque sauce but not always. Depending on what you have planned for the meal you may or may not need an actual barbeque sauce. One way to make a great barbecue recipe for grilling burgers is to mix 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons A1 sauce, 1 tablespoon of water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar and a clove of minced garlic together. you can add a few drops of tabasco if you want it spicy hot. Put all the ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and simmer for three minutes. Grill the burgers and as they cook you lightly coat the met with the sauce and use the remaining sauce like you would ketchup.

Another great barbeque recipe is to mix together 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1/4 teasoon each of ground ginger and poultry seasoning. This honey barbeque recipe works great on poutlry, seafood and beef or pork ribs and works perfectly for kabobs.
