Barbeque Pork Chops – Secret For Mouth Watering Barbeque Pork Chops
If you want to make mouth watering barbeque pork chops, then I have a few secrets to share with you to be sure you make perfect pork chops every time. Next to steak and chicken, pork chops are one of the most popular meats to be grilled on a barbeque.
The main secret to perfect chops is to sear the meat on a hot skillet before barbecuing them. First, create a rub according to taste (I like steak seasoning and a little Cajun pepper for a kick), dip the chops in vegetable oil and then press the rub all over the surface. In the meantime, have a skillet heating up on the stove to medium/high heat. Take the chops and sear them on each side for about 3-5 minutes depending on how hot your skillet is. After this is done, have your grill heated and take the pork chops from the stove-top to the grill to cook them all the way through. Apply barbeque sauce generously on one side and then, when you flip them, on the other side. Use a meat thermometer to be sure that your internal meat temperature is high enough to be safe. When you remove the barbeque pork chops, put more sauce on them and serve immediately. The pork should be tender enough to rip apart without much effort with a fork.
This is one of my favorite recipes for barbeque pork chops. All my guests give raving reviews when they come over for a barbeque and I know your’s will to when you try out this recipe.
