Barbeque Grilling Recipes- Peppers and Shrimps
A good barbeque grilling recipe can be easily found at various barbeque cookbooks. For barbeque lovers out there, here are some of the most basic barbeque grilling recipes that you can do without even breaking a sweat. The ingredients used in the following recipes are basic enough that you can find them at the supermarket near you.
Grilled Peppers
Ingredients:
4 pieces each of Green, Red, Yellow peppers
Dash of Steak Seasonings
Salt and Pepper to taste
A bit of lemon powder
1/3 cup of olive oil
Instructions for Grilling:
If the peppers are small to medium sized, you can instantly place all 12 peppers in a container with a tight lock. If the peppers are quite huge, make sure to cut them and half and then deseed them. Put the remaining ingredients in the container and shake the veggies until each and every piece is coated with oil and seasonings.
Pre-heat the griller for a minute and carefully aligned the peppers on it. Make sure that the peppers have grill marks but never let them burn.
Serve with grilled barbequed shrimp.
Grilled Barbeque Shrimp (spicy)
Ingredients:
2 pounds large shrimp (raw and cleaned)
¼ cup olive oil
1 medium sized lemon (juiced)
1/3 butter (melted)
Paprika (or chili flakes)
Garlic powder (or finely crushed garlic)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions for Grilling:
Make sure that the shrimps are beheaded and deboned. Clean the shrimps with running water and then pat them dry with a clean towel.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl or container. Make certain that everything is well mixed before dropping the shrimps in the container.
Cover the bowl or container and then chill the marinated shrimps for an hour.
Pre-heat the griller and grease it with melted butter or vegetable oil. Grill the shrimp for at least 2 minutes per side.
Serve with grilled peppers.
These two barbeque grilling recipes are two of my favourites. If you never tried shrimp on your barbeque before you should really try it this time. You are going to love it.
