Barbeque Cooking – It’s Always Time for Barbeque Cooking on the Grill
Fire up the grill, it’s that time of the year again! Of course, that depends where you live… but regardless let’s fire up the grill anyway and do some good old fashioned barbequing.
Barbeque cooking is as easy as 1, 2, 3. In fact, it’s probably easier than that, but we don’t want to confuse anyone so we’ll stick to three.
1. Let assume of course that you have a grill already (if not then the number also includes buying a grill!). The decision you need to make is whether to use charcoal or wood chips. Few people realized that charcoal is actually compressed sawdust in the first place, but there is still a big difference from them and wood chips. Wood chips add a smokier flavor to your barbeque cooking. This extra smokiness can be essential if you’re trying to add some authentic taste to your recipe.
2. This one’s easy, grill your food. Take your time and don’t undercook your meats, but don’t let them burn either. Your best bet is to keep a watchful eye on your meats.
3. The grilling done and we’ll assume you’ve eaten your delicious food, so what’s left? Clean up. Many grills are grated grills which means then need to be cleaned with a wire brush. If they’re not cleaned the next time you barbeque your food will stick to the grates and will also taste bad.
So go ahead and fire up that grill, it’s that time of year for barbeque cooking (which is all of the year)!
